1. Pre-Booking Amount:
The Applicant may pay a pre-booking amount of ₹2,999/- (Rupees Two Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-Nine only) through the authorised online payment gateway.

2. Nature of Pre-Booking:
The pre-booking amount represents an expression of interest for a plot at The Global Valley and does not, by itself, constitute an allotment, sale, transfer or creation of any right, title or interest in any specific plot.

3. Plot Selection & Allotment:
Plot selection and allotment shall be subject to availability, verification of Applicant details, completion of the required documentation and acceptance by the Promoter. Final allotment shall be governed by the applicable allotment documentation and Agreement for Sale.

4. Adjustment of Amount:
Subject to the applicable terms of the project, the pre-booking amount may be adjusted against the amount payable towards the selected plot upon confirmation of the booking.

5. Cancellation / Refund:
Cancellation and refund of the pre-booking amount shall be governed by the applicable project cancellation and refund policy communicated by the Promoter. Any refund, where applicable, shall be processed through the original payment mode, subject to applicable deductions, taxes, payment gateway charges and applicable law.

6. Payment Gateway:
Payments made through the authorised payment gateway are subject to the terms, conditions and policies of the respective payment gateway, bank and payment service provider. The Promoter shall not be responsible for delays or failures attributable to the banking/payment gateway network.

7. Payment Confirmation:
A successful transaction shall be considered received only upon confirmation/realisation of the payment by the Promoter or its authorised payment service provider. A failed, pending or reversed transaction shall not constitute a valid pre-booking.

8. KYC & Documentation:
The Applicant agrees to provide such KYC, identity, address and other documents as may be required for processing the booking and subsequent allotment.

9. Pricing & Charges:
Plot pricing, preferential location charges, statutory taxes, stamp duty, registration charges, maintenance charges and other applicable charges shall be as communicated in the applicable cost sheet/payment schedule and shall be payable separately as applicable.

10. Project Documentation:
The pre-booking shall be subject to the project approvals, applicable laws and the definitive documents executed between the Applicant and the Promoter.

11. No Guarantee of Specific Plot:
Payment of the pre-booking amount does not guarantee allotment of any particular plot, location, size or preferential category until formally confirmed by the Promoter.

12. Declaration:
By clicking “Pay ₹2,999 / Proceed to Pre-Book”, the Applicant confirms that the information provided is accurate and that they have read and accepted these Pre-Booking Terms & Conditions.
